It is Saturday the 26th of June! It's a birthday Saturday- Ron's was the 24th and mine will be the 30th so I took Ron Kayaking in Dana Point Harbor. Something he has talked about doing for a long time. He is 66 and I will be 68 so the one set of numbers in the harbor is wrong but it is the only picture of both of us at the harbor. I put new batteries in the camera and when it didn't work I thought it was bad batteries - no it just needed to be re set which I did when we got back - so I took theses pictures just to remember the day. We were on the water from 10 to 11 am and it was perfect. I'm going to do it again. So in conclusion the pic taken at their garage has the correct ages.

ALL MOTOR COMPANY NOW IN BUSINESS

Sign out front.

So I haven't found a job yet so I started my own Auto Dealership!

Here are pictures of the lot and office space.
If you know anyone looking for a car, let them know about me. I go to auctions and buy the car they want.

I am still looking for a full time job so the car sales can be a "hobby" rather than the only form of income.

Sorry that Cindi has to be around David this week. GO USA!!!!!!!!!!!

United States beats Spain 2-0
By RAF CASERT, AP Sports Writer
BLOEMFONTEIN, South Africa (AP)—The United States stunned top-ranked Spain 2-0 Wednesday night on goals by Jozy Altidore and Clint Dempsey, advancing to the Confederations Cup final with one of the Americans’ biggest soccer victories.
Altidore scored in the 27th minute and Dempsey added a goal in the 74th as the Americans became the first team to defeat Spain since Romania in November 2006.
The chances of such a U.S. victory seemed slim just a few days ago. The 14th-ranked Americans lost their first two games in the Confederations Cup, an eight-nation World Cup warmup, and were on the verge of elimination.
“I can’t explain it any more than you can,” U.S. goalkeeper Tim Howard said. “Sports is funny sometimes, but when you put your mind to something, you can achieve it.”
Now they will play defending champion Brazil or host South Africa on Sunday in their first-ever men’s final at a FIFA competition.
“It’s exciting, a great team effort. To beat an amazing team like Spain and make the final, it’s big,” U.S. coach Bob Bradley said. “We played as hard as we could and that’s what it took. Every guy contributed, so it’s a very good feeling.”

I thought I´d bore you all with some girls camp talk!!

Girls camp is in a week and there is still so much to do! But I have to admit that I´m really excited about it this year. As mom, dad and I were talking last Saturday I mentioned that I still get crap from my Stake leaders (NOT the young women) about the fact that we have to have camp seperate boys and girls. Now, for us U.S.ers that is completely normal, but here it´s taking me a long time to get it through their heads, "the CHURCH program is GIRLS CAMP". Anyway, back to what mom and dad and I were talking about... mom made the comment that at the end of camp I need to send the Stake leaders an "evaluation" of camp (which I did three years ago and it never got read), but this year I need to make it simple and show percentages etc. Well I am proud to say that this year I am going to give my Stake leaders a one page evaluation with this information:

Girls Camp 2007 = 52 participants
Girls Camp 2008 = 60 participants
Girls Camp 2009 = 90 participants

Yup, that´s right, this year I´m up to 90 people that will be going to Girls Camp. I´m finally getting a little more support from the YW leaders and I have girls coming out of no where that what to come. I invited a neighboring District, I have 4 girls coming from the other stake because they´ve heard it´s so fun and a few non-member friends.

We´ll see if this gets their attention.

And I have 20 LITs (Laurel leaders) this year, which is a lot of work, but they have a great time.

Well, I better get back to work. After years of hard work I just had to brag for a minute...oh and by the way a few more girls and I would have beat the total of this years Stake Youth Conference, that had a total of 99 kids and leaders.

Anyway, wish me luck...it´s going to be crazy!

Ainsley(11mo), Natalie(4.5 yrs), Brinley (8 yrs) and Alexa (10 yrs.) Just thought that you might like to see some updated photos of the girls. We will be busy this summer with Swim lessons, sewing classes, soccer academy and driving the parents crazy. Summer '09

Just a quick shot of the Girls in the backyard. This is pretty typical of our household at this time... let me walk you through it...
Ainsley usually trying to get away from everyone looking for scraps of food on the floor to eat. I think she is eating a cracker. Natalie goofing around and causing trouble, here she is showing us the cracker she is eating. Brinley fending off Alexa in a constant state of screeming and whining about what Alexa has done to damage her physically, mentally or emotionally. Alexa teasing her sisters, all of them, moving from one to another finding whoever is happy and content and teasing them until they scream for mercy. In this picture, obviously it was Brinely who was the most content, so... take the ball and wrestle her to the ground. At least Brinley is smiling for the picture. Love ya, Nathan
