are you sure you dont mean Perpignan not Lespignan?
Tarbor and Pau would be way far away but perpignan on the coast
would only be about a 3 hour drive I think. I think they are 2 hours from the boarder
Hopefully Cindi will give you the real possibilities when she sees this at work.
You never know about her tho. I hope they can make the effort to meet you
even if it is only for a few hours.
