The house is located on a cul-de-sac with lots of space around for the kids to play. Here they are out riding their bikes!
With such a big house there are always chores to be done. Here's Shawnna and Drew helping with the laundry and there's Drew by himself, being a good helper doing the laundry too! This will prepare them both for their days out in the Mission Field!

After all that hard work, you have to have some time to play. Both the kids like to play dress up - these are the kinds of pics Grandparents like to show friends and family! FUNNNEEEE!
Here's Shawnna on her first day at her new school.
Shawnna likes her school - she is enrolled in the gifted program and she's happy because she doesn't have to go to the older kid's classroom, she gets to stay with her own class but just gets more and different work than the other second graders. She likes her teacher - she's a really cute old lady but she's still really active and her name is Ms. Carr.
Here's Drew making his lunch. So far, he stays home with Mom but one day, he'll be off to school and he'll be a big help with getting his lunch ready!
Of course, with young kids there are times when they get sick and Shawnna and Drew are no exception. Here's a pic of Shawnna in the ER because of her tonsils. She's going to have them taken out soon - maybe over summer break!
And then, right after that Drew came down with a mysterious looking rash, which was really painful and agonizing. At first Ninha thought it was the measles, but with another trip to the ER, it was discovered that Drew had Scarlet Fever. They gave him medicine and lotion but it was really hard for him to do anything because he hurt so bad over all his body. Ninha missed many hours of sleep because Drew couldn't sleep and was moaning and hurting so much. Those little feet remind me of Uncle Ed's feet when he came back from his mission with such a bad case of athlete's foot fungus from being in the wet so much.
Fortunately, everyone is on the mend and feeling better now, but you never know what is lurking around the next corner! Here's pics of how everyone is looking these day!
