Thanks Jeff, I just laughed out loud. I cannot tell you how many times I have said a prayer for the doughnuts to nourish and strengthen our bodies. I am still laughing.

Well, we are off to Washington DC this weekend for a little R&R. Does going anywhere with three children constitute R&R? Just kidding, our kids are great travelers and they love the Smithsonian museums so we should have a great time. I will post some pictures when we get home.
