HI ALL! Life is not all birthday parties and fun - sometimes we get sick and have to go to the hospital. That's what happen to Shawnna a couple of weeks ago. A lump developed very quickly on Shawnna's neck. Within an hour, there were 5 more lumps on her neck and Ninha got really concerned, concerned enough to take her to the ER. Little Drew felt bad for Shawnna and so he gave her lots of love! They took some tests but couldn't figure out what the lump was, so they gave her strong antibiotics and sent her home with instructions, that if the lumps didn't go away, Ninha was to bring her in for a biopsy. They did get better some, but were still there, so Ninha took Shawnna to the doctor. They thought maybe it was a form of TB, so they took a TB test, but it was negtive (Thankfully!!). I think they tried to do a biopsy but Shawnna was really scared, so they're going to have it done soon. This time, Andy will go with her, and hopefully, with her Daddy there she won't be so frightened. Please keep her in your prayers!
