Nate, I had to put it on mute ;)
Here are your pointers:

2) http://coachginn.blogspot.com/2008/10/let-them-dribble.html
3) A good coach/manager
4) Top ten tips to coaching your own kid
4) My own analogy: If your child was in a school play would you show up and tell them where they should be standing? Feed them their lines? Or would you sit there with excitement to see them pull it off on their own and simply clap and cheer when they do well? Treat the field like it is a stage and it is your child's turn to perform...Shut up, and let them PLAY!
5)Don't reinvent the wheele...use the drills found in the following three videos and using pugg goals, play 3v3 or 4v4 in practice. Video #1 Video #2 Video #3
My favorite part of these videos is that Nate keeps screaming, "scoot back brinley." she doesn't obey/listen...and the ball comes right to her. Your kid is smart, she is having fun and she wants the ball...she will figure it out :)
And these videos will make you laugh at the reality of it all...
